At church we are going through a series called “The Call,” looking at God’s call.

Isaiah answered the call to take a message to the people. A message foundational for Christ’s ministry, echoed and cited and quoted in the new testament. You hear but do not understand, you see, but do not perceive.

Here I am! Send me.

My answer since 7th grade.

Here I am! Send me. Open my ears so I may understand, my eyes that I may perceive. Let me turn to you and be healed. Oh Lord, Jesus, my God. I am your servant. Send me.
